1:1 posing coaching (min 20week prep that can be spaced out over longer timeframe if needed)
- Learn from a 4 x Pro Card winning (ICN AND WFF) and current PRO LEAGUE professional bikini athlete , and have me on your team to bring your best to stage
- All federations, womens divisions, bikini, fitness, sport and theme electives
- 1:1 weekly posing at my private studio or online
- FREE group posing classes
- Video check ins to correct technique
- Direct feedback to your Comp coach on posing, physique and divisions/federations recommended for your shape
- Private Facebook group and support including mindset coaching, team gatherings and group support
- Stage day support (I will be at your chosen competition (local comp x 1) checking your posing on and off stage, providing direct feedback to you to get you that top placing)
